Please Note:
  • Class space is available on a first come, first serve basis with members having privilege to spaces over non-members.
  • Please bring a towel and water to all classes.
  • Please do not enter a class if you are more than 10 minutes late.
Non-Member Drop-in Rates:
$8.00 for Zumba and Les Mills classes.
$5.00 for all other classes.

Precision Cycle Spin

For All Fitness Levels
An indoor simulated bike ride performed on a unique stationary bike specially designed by STAR TRAC.

*Now non-members pay just $5.00 per class!*

Noncompetitive Environment
The cyclist is in control of their own speed and resistance. Invigorating music keeps you pedaling.

Great for cardiovascular fitness, muscle conditioning and endurance training.

Beginners: Please arrive 15 minutes early so that the instructor can adjust your bike to your frame-size.

Boot Camp

A combination of aerobic, muscle and power exercises to challenge your body. Consists of drills designed to boost metabolism, burn calories and fat, and build muscle endurance.

Combat Conditioning

Incorporates boxing, kick boxing, and Martial Arts training to music in a fun, invigorating, heart-pumping class. Boxing gloves and punching bags are used for an even more effective workout. Builds balance, agility, strength, and endurance.

Body Pump


Burns up to 600 calories using barbells with your choice of weight.

Les Mills Body Combat


Empowering and energetic cardio workout drawing on techniques from Karate, Boxing, Tae Kwan Do, Tai Chi, and Muay Thai. Improves core strength and stability.

Les Mills Body Flow


Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates program that builds strength and increases flexibility. Increases core strength and reduces stress levels.

Pilates

Non-impact core conditioning exercises performed safely and effectively. Builds strength and flexibility through controlled movements, focusing on strengthening the body's torso. Improves balance, posture, overall fitness and athletic performance, and also helps prevent injury.

Step Class

Incorporates a series of movements on and off a platform. The step can be raised or lowered to change the intensity of the workout. The class is taught with energizing music.

Step Classes Burn fat and build muscle. Includes upper body movements

Aqua Aerobics

This class is geared toward all fitness levels. An aerobic workout in the pool utilizing aquatics equipment designed to gain maximum benefits using the water as resistance.

Zumba


Mixing body sculpting and easy-to-follow dance steps, Zumba is a one hour cardio workout moving to a musical fusion of Latin and International dance themes.
It’s EASY and EFFECTIVE!


Certifications

All instructors are nationally certified in their field through AFFA, ACE, YMCA,
MAD DOGG, or REEBOK, and are CPR certified.
